Vicky Kodu

Vicky Kodu is a Pakistani actor and comedian from Firozwala, Gujranwala, Pakistan. His real name is Muhammad Imran, and his cousin suggested the Vicky Kodu name for stage shows.

Vicky Kodu had an arranged marriage; his wife also has dwarfism, and they have three children: two sons and one daughter. All children have a normal height.

Vicky Kodu claimed in an interview that in the early 2000s, he earned 10,000 Rs per week from stage dramas, but by 2025, he makes around 5 lakh per week from stage dramas.

Career

Vicky Kodu went to study in Rawalpindi, where his mother’s sister lives. Vicky Kodu started his career in 1999 in Rawalpindi, where his mentor, Lala Yar Muhammad, introduced him to the stage drama industry; he worked there for two to three years.

Then he came to Lahore after seeing a newspaper advertisement that said, “3.5-foot man required for a film with Saima Noor,” but when he reached the film’s director, Syed Noor, he informed the production had been postponed.

Instead, he landed another film, Gunda Tax (2001), starring Shaan Shahid, Saima Noor, Reema Khan, and Nargis, and directed by Parvez Rana.

Vicky Kodu Love Story

In an interview, Vicky Kodu revealed that when he was 27-28 years old, he fell in love with a girl and wanted to marry her. She was also attracted in him, but she informed Vicky that she couldn’t marry him due to his dwarfism (low height). She also said that if his height were normal, she would have married him.

Vicky Kodu and Qaiser Piya Controversy

In February 2024, Qaiser Piya abused Vicky Kodu live on TikTok. Later, in an interview, Qaiser Piya revealed that when he abused Vicky Kodu, he tried to call him for three days but he didn’t respond, so when Vicky Kodu appeared live on TikTok, they had a heated arguement and then he abused him. Qaiser Piya regretted what had transpired and apologized to Vicky Kodu.
